SEMI-AUTO MILITARY TRAINING RIFLE. Cal. 22 LR. S# 4262. Bbl. 23". Barrel is marked on top "MFG. BY HARRINGTON AND RICHARDSON ARMS CO. / WORCESTER, MASS. U.S.A. / .22 LONG RIFLE ONLY". Marked over chamber "D". Receiver is marked on top "MOD. 65-H.&R. REISING 22 CAL. / address". Redfield target type aperture rear sight. Blade front sight with military style protective ears. Receiver has been drilled on the top left side for a Weaver no.4 alloy scope base. Unmarked walnut stock with non-detachable swivels and flat steel buttplate. MAGS: 1 detachable 10 round. Markings include: H&R Arms Company and Reising. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Weaver scope base with two screws. CONDITION: stock has moderate wear, staining and handling marks throughout. Metal has turned overall gray with the beginnings of patina having moderate wear. Extractor is not present in bolt. Bore has strong lands with a lightly worn and frosted appearance. (26-187/RW).
